Shark Conservation Policy

鯊魚保育政策

We strictly adhere to the conservation and management measures for sharks. We prohibit our vessels from targeting , retaining, transshipping, storing on board or landing any sharks in the fisheries; however where sharks were caught in the normal operation of the vessel, they should be released in a manner that results in as little harms to them as possible, the vessel shall also make the related records and report to our company.

我公司嚴格遵循各項鯊魚養護管理措施，嚴禁船上捕撈、留存、轉載、儲存、卸載任何鯊魚；如果在正常作業中發現有誤捕的情況，要求船長應立即采取保證其最大生存可能性措施釋放，并做好相應記錄及時上報公司 。

To better protect sharks, our company and/or vessel(s):

為了有效保護鯊魚，我們的公司和/或漁船：

1.      Does not actively target sharks不針對鯊魚捕魚作業

2.      Use  whole finfish baits 使用整鰭魚餌

3.      Does not set shark lines on buoys不設置鯊魚釣線在浮標上

4.      Prohibits the use of wire traces禁止使用鋼絲線

5.      Prohibits the practice of shark finning禁止采取魚翅做法

6.      Promotes the release of sharks that are caught alive倡導釋放捕獲的活鯊魚

7.      Does not retain any sharks on a fishing vessel不保留任何鯊魚在船

8.      Records the discard of the shark species in the fishing logbook 捕撈日志須記載丟棄鯊魚物種
